INSPECTION & REMOVAL: Inspection is day of sale, 2 hours prior to start time. Removal is day of sale and two days following, from 9am-5pm. ABSENTEE BIDS ACCEPTED. TERMS: Cash, certified funds, and all major credit cards accepted. Payment in full required at time and place of auction. A 13% buyers premium added to high bid. Then 3% is waived for cash or good check with bank letter. No property shall be removed until fully settled for.
